Atmosphere

The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the spa, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone/pager; speak softly as a courtesy to others.

Please let us know your preferences, whether it is in the room temperature, volume of music, or massage pressure, so we can provide the most enjoyable service.

No Children, Please

Due to liability reasons and to ensure a relaxing experience for all of our clients, we do not allow children under the age of 12 to accompany parents to spa or salon appointments. We understand that childcare is not always available and will be more than happy to reschedule an appointment to a time that meets your needs. As always, we do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid fees. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced!

Reservations/Cancellations

If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour advance notice for all spa/salon services.
Extensive and multiple salon/spa services may require a major credit card to secure appointments. If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved. For a 'no show', your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services.
Gift certificates will be reduced to half value with less than 24 hours notice and 'no shows' will be reduced to zero value. Groups of three or more will be required to give a seven day cancellation or reschedule notice or the above fees and gift certificate policy will be initiated.

Gift Certificates

Polished Outlook Salon & Spa Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, spa packages, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts. Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates are non refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Our gift certificates are valid one year from the date of purchase. In order to redeem your expired gift certificates we charge an additional 20%. All certificates over three years old are not valid.

Gratuity

At your discretion, Polished Outlook's personnel appreciate gratuity. Individual gratuity envelopes are located at the front reception desk. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fees. We regret that we are unable to add gratuity to to your credit card. However we are happy to cash a personal check for you.

Merchandise Return:

We invite you to try our specialty line of skin essentials, cosmetics, and more. Consult a spa specialist for assistance when purchasing products. Our products are never tested on animals.
Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 7 days. However, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise
